Ms. Hitch was born and raised in Kentuckiana. She is a graduate with Highest Distinction from Indiana University, Bloomington, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Law. She was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2013, and will be admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2024.
